Erik Ireland is a mindfulness teacher, storyteller, and author based in the mountains of Northern California. His work weaves together the modern science of mindfulness and the ancient wisdom of the hero's journey to help people discover the deeper story their lives are already telling and find the courage to live it fully. He is the host of Listen To Sleep, a podcast with over 15 million downloads, and the author of Awaken Your Myth, published by Chronicle Books. He runs The Cabin, an online membership community for people walking the path of natural awakening.
