Dr. Elisha Goldstein is a clinical psychologist, bestselling author of Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity, and creator of the Tiny Shifts approach. 

For more than two decades, he has helped people understand how small, intentional moments of awareness can interrupt stress, strengthen relationships, and create lasting emotional change. 

Blending psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, his work translates the science of emotional health into practical tools that people can apply in everyday life. He is also the bestselling author of Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, and co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook

Dr. Goldstein is co-founder of the Center for Mindful Living and host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Stefanie Goldstein, PhD, three spirited boys and two dogs.
